I've been doing some more rust removal lately. I've also acquired some more parts for the project that have needed some attention. Here's some pictures and some details.

I've got a couple of 69 Charger grilles and I am trying to get them down to their individual parts so I can see what I've got to work with. They are pretty rusty, but I couldn't beat the price - free!

Here are the headlight buckets - with everything still attached - ready for a bath. I poured the new batch of rust remover right over top.

After soaking overnight - a total of about 12 hours - I took them out and rinsed them off.

Then I let them soak for another 12 hours while I went out for the day. After a rinse under the tap, they looked like this:
